A really, really awesome post that echoes a lot of what I think and feel as well. That cuteness-factor is alive and well in my household. I hope it's replaced by poise and determination, grace and forethought. But whatever the case, she'll always be whoever *she* is, and she'll always be my beautiful little girl that I am hopelessly in love with.
I hope you've seen the wonderful comments readers have posted. It is an exquisite piece that speaks for so many of us. Thanks again for sharing! Louise
I just found your blog through BLOOM, and I am just taken with your beautiful daughter! I gasped aloud as I looked at your haircut post. I called my husband over to the computer, and I said, "LOOK! That is Benjamin with a wig!" No kidding, w a son (almost 3 yrs old) with DS, I've (obviously) seen a lot of pictures of children w DS, but I think he and Livia really favor each other. I look forward to reading more about you and looking at your wonderful pictures! :)

I looked at every one of your beautiful photos and especially loved the ones in which Livia is trying on your boots and diapering her teddy bear. I am a friend of your Mom's and my heart was swelling as I saw how beautifully Livia has developed over the years of your photos. Bless you and your family.
